Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Picnic Season Monthly Picnic Bundle Promotion ("Promotion"). By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Picnic Season (ABN 93 604 326 312) ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The Promotion commences on 6 July 2026 at 12:01 am (AEST).

2.2 The Promotion will continue until withdrawn by the Promoter.

2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable Australian laws.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

3.2 Directors, employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, together with any agencies directly associated with the administration of this Promotion, are not eligible to enter.

3.3 Immediate family includes a spouse, former spouse, de facto spouse, child or stepchild (including by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step grandparent, sibling, step sibling, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew or first cousin.

3.4 By entering the Promotion, entrants warrant that they satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

3.5 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of any entrant at any time. Failure to provide information reasonably requested by the Promoter may result in disqualification.

3.6 The Promoter may, in its reasonable discretion, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an invalid entry, uses automated entry methods, provides misleading information, or otherwise acts in a manner that may compromise the fair conduct of the Promotion.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Entry is free.

4.2 To enter the Promotion, eligible individuals must during the Promotion Period:

a. visit https://picnicseason.com; and

b. subscribe to the Picnic Season email newsletter using a valid email address.

4.3 Entry into the Promotion is automatic upon successful subscription to the Picnic Season newsletter.

4.4 Existing active newsletter subscribers will automatically receive one (1) entry into each monthly draw while they remain subscribed.

4.5 Only one (1) active entry is permitted per individual and per unique email address.

4.6 Individuals who unsubscribe from the Picnic Season newsletter before a monthly draw will not be eligible for that month's draw unless they have re-subscribed before the applicable monthly entry closing time.

4.7 Entries must be received by 11:59 pm (AEST) on the last calendar day of each month to be included in that month's draw.

4.8 Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, generated by automated means, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions may be declared invalid.

5. Prize

5.1 One (1) winner will be drawn each calendar month.

5.2 Each monthly winner will receive one (1) Picnic Season Picnic Bundle with a total Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of AUD $288, comprising:

a. one (1) Really Big Picnic Rug & Backpack Set (RRP AUD $209); and

b. one (1) Really Cool Picnic Basket (RRP AUD $79).

5.3 The total annual prize pool is valued at AUD $3,456, based on twelve (12) monthly prizes.

5.4 The Promoter will select the print and design of each prize item, subject to product availability at the time the prize is fulfilled.

5.5 The prize includes free standard shipping to one Australian residential or business address nominated by the winner.

5.6 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

5.7 If any prize item becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that item with another product of equal or greater value.

5.8 Any costs associated with accepting or using the prize, other than those expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Monthly Draws

6.1 One (1) winner will be selected each calendar month by random electronic draw.

6.2 Each monthly draw will be conducted at the Promoter's business premises in Grovedale, Victoria within the first seven (7) days of the following calendar month.

6.3 The first valid entry randomly selected will be deemed the winner for that month's Promotion.

6.4 The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw.

6.5 The winner must claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of the notification email being sent.

6.6 If the winner cannot be contacted using the details provided, fails to claim the prize within the required period, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited.

7. Unclaimed Prizes and Redraws

7.1 If a prize remains unclaimed after the claim period, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries for that month's Promotion.

7.2 Any redraw will be conducted as soon as reasonably practicable at the Promoter's business premises in Grovedale, Victoria using the same random electronic draw process.

7.3 The redraw winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the redraw and will have fourteen (14) days to claim the prize.

7.4 The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. General Conditions

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry or entrant at any time and to request proof of identity, age or residency where reasonably required.

8.2 If, for any reason, this Promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud, computer viruses, communications network failures or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion.

8.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or inaccessible entries, including those resulting from technical disruptions or internet failures.

8.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by website users, equipment, software, internet traffic or technical malfunction associated with the Promotion.

8.5 Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promotion website or interfere with the legitimate operation of the Promotion may result in disqualification and may constitute a breach of law.

9. Promotional Content and User Generated Content

9.1 As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner may be invited, but is under no obligation, to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the Promotion.

9.2 If the winner voluntarily provides photographs, videos, testimonials, social media content or other material relating to the Promotion or the prize ("Promotional Content"), the winner grants the Promoter a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, non exclusive licence to use, reproduce, publish, communicate, edit and adapt that Promotional Content for marketing, promotional and editorial purposes across any media, without further compensation.

9.3 The winner warrants that any Promotional Content they provide does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

9.4 Where Promotional Content includes another identifiable person, the winner confirms they have obtained any necessary permissions before providing that content to the Promoter.

10. Winner Publication

10.1 The Promoter may publish the winner's first name, surname initial and State or Territory of residence on the Picnic Season website, email newsletter and/or social media channels for the purpose of announcing the winner.

11. Australian Consumer Law

11.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify, any statutory consumer guarantees, rights or remedies under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

12.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from acceptance of the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought where appropriate.

12.3 If a prize or any part of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter's liability is limited to providing a substitute prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

13. Privacy

13.1 Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be collected, used, stored and disclosed by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Picnic Season Privacy Policy.

13.2 By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that their personal information will be used for administering the Promotion, contacting winners and maintaining their Picnic Season newsletter subscription.

13.3 Entrants also acknowledge that they may receive marketing communications from Picnic Season, including product announcements, promotions and news. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in any marketing email.

13.4 The Promoter may disclose personal information to service providers engaged to assist in administering the Promotion where reasonably necessary to do so.
