Picnic Season reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply from the date they are published on the Website.
Changes to these Terms will not retrospectively alter the terms applying to an order already accepted by Picnic Season unless the change is required by law or agreed with the customer.
Continued use of the Website following a change to these Terms will be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms as they apply to future use of the Website.

Your privacy is very important to us and we will always act to protect your information.

PRICING
All prices on the Website are displayed and charged in Australian dollars.
Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. A pricing change will not affect an order already accepted by Picnic Season.
PAYMENT
We accept PayPal, Afterpay, major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express, and valid Picnic Season Gift Cards.
We take reasonable steps to protect the details of your payment and purchase. Payments may be processed by third party payment providers using their own security systems and terms.
Picnic Season will not be responsible for unauthorised access to information where the unauthorised access was not caused or contributed to by Picnic Season. This does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
ORDERS
All orders submitted through the Website are subject to acceptance by Picnic Season. We reserve the right to contact you for verification before your order is dispatched.
Once you submit your order, you will receive an email from Picnic Season confirming that we have received it. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order or an offer to sell the products.
Picnic Season reserves the right to refuse an order for a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, an error in the displayed price or product information, or an inability to deliver to the nominated address.
Picnic Season reserves the right to correct inadvertent errors, omissions or inaccuracies relating to price, product availability or product descriptions.
Acceptance of an order is subject to Picnic Season confirming the availability and price of the products ordered.
If your order is rejected, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid for that order.
Picnic Season accepts your offer and concludes the contract of sale when we dispatch the products and send you an email confirming that the products have been dispatched to your nominated delivery address.
If we cancel an order because a product is unavailable, information displayed on the Website was incorrect or a technical error prevented us from processing the order, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid for the cancelled order.
If you are returning a faulty item to our online store, we will cover reasonable return postage costs in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
FRAUDULENT ORDERS
To protect our customers from the unauthorised use of their payment details online, we may cancel and refund an order that has been reported as fraudulent or that we reasonably suspect is fraudulent.
We reserve the right to conduct checks with your bank or payment provider to confirm that an order has not been placed using payment details that were fraudulently acquired or a payment method that has been dishonestly reported as fraudulent.
DELIVERY
We use good old Australia Post for our retail shipping needs.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for shipping costs, dispatch, delivery estimates, international shipping, delayed parcels and orders returned to sender.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We cannot provide rainchecks for products ordered online.
We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to reasonable or normal household quantities.
RETURNS
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information about change of mind returns, final sale items, faulty items, exchanges, refunds and store credits.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy if a product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You can request to cancel your online order if it has not been dispatched.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or amend an order. We will attempt to action your request without delay, but it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
Orders placed on or after 27 July 2026 cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged for change of mind once they have been dispatched. This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, Picnic Season owns the copyright in the material on the Website. All registered and unregistered trademarks used on the Website are the property of their respective owners.
All copyright, data, text, software, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, interfaces, photographs and other intellectual property on the Website, together referred to as Content, are owned, controlled by or licensed to Picnic Season.
Except for viewing the Content for your personal, non commercial use, Picnic Season does not grant you any right to use the Website or its Content for another purpose without our express written consent.
