All prices on the Website are displayed in Australian dollars and you will be charged in Australian dollars. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

 

PAYMENT

 

We accept Paypal, AfterPay, all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Picnic Season gift cards.

 

Picnic Season gift cards and AfterPay are excluded as payment methods for Picnic Season gift cards.  

 

We will always act to protect the details of your payment and purchase however in the absence of negligence, Picnic Season will not be responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer if a third party acquires unauthorised access to data that you have provided to us when ordering from our website.

 

Our servers will help secure your personal information with up-to-date firewalls and encryption techniques during the ordering and purchase process. A padlock or key will also be visible in the bottom of your web browser.

 

ORDERS

All orders submitted through the Website are subject to acceptance by Picnic Season. We reserve the right to contact you for verification purposes before we allow your order to be dispatched.

 

Once you submit your order, you will receive an email from Picnic Season to confirm receipt of your order. This email confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of the order or an offer to sell products.

 

Picnic Season reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason.

 

Picnic Season reserves the right to correct inadvertent errors, omissions or inaccuracies in relation to price, product availability, or product descriptions.

 

Acceptance of all orders is subject to Picnic Season confirming availability and price for products ordered.

 

If your order is rejected for any reason you will be given a full refund for any amount paid for the order.

 

Picnic Season only accepts your offer and concludes the contract of sale for the product(s) ordered by you, when we dispatch the product(s) and send an email confirming that the product(s) have been dispatched to your nominated shipping address. 

Picnic Season may cancel your order (included orders accepted by Picnic Season) without any liability to you if any of the products in your order are unavailable, or there were any errors in price or product description on the Website at the time of placing your order, or due to technical errors in processing your order. If we cancel your order for any reason you will be given a full refund for any amount paid for the order.

 

If you are returning a faulty item to our online store, we will pay for the postage costs. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.

 

FRAUDULENT ORDERS

To protect our customers from the unauthorised use of their payment details online, we will immediately cancel and refund any order which has been reported as fraudulent. We reserve the right to conduct checks with your bank or preferred payment provider for assurance that your order has not been placed using payment details that have been fraudulently acquired, or using a payment method that has been used for transactions that have been dishonestly reported as fraudulent.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

 

You can cancel your online order provided that it has not been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. We will attempt to cancel your order without delay however occasionally it may not be possible to stop an order from being dispatched.

e-GIFT CARD AND STORE CREDIT TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Picnic Season store credits are issued in the form of an e-Gift card.

 

Picnic Season e-Gift cards issued on or before October 31, 2019 are valid for a twelve month period from the date of issue and can only be used as payment for goods purchased online through this Website. e-Gift cards cannot be redeemed in any stockists’ stores. e-Gift cards issued from November 1, 2019 are valid for a three year period. 

 

e-Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise only and not for cash. If the total amount is not redeemed, the balance remains on the e-Gift card. 

 

Picnic Season e-Gift cards and AfterPay are excluded as payment methods for Picnic Season e-Gift cards.

 

Please note, Picnic Season e-Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. E-Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. E-Gift card sales are final and e-Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
