MUSIC FESTIVALS YOU CAN TAKE YOUR KIDS TO
As the weather warms up and festival season approaches, some of us start to feel a little nostalgic when we find ourselves accidentally on purpose scrolling through the #splendourbender hashtag, just to admire the glittery festival garb.
But alas, our days of concealing vodka bottles in shelled out loaves of bread are well and truly over, and we have heard of literally ZERO artists on the bill.
No matter how out of touch you might think you are, there’s no reason to give up music festivals just because you’re now the keeper of a tiny human (or three).
Whilst you may no longer be able to relive your youth in all its boozy glory (and thank the lord for that, just quietly), sharing the fun of the whole festival experience with your mini-me(s) for the first time can be a really beautiful thing.
So, we’ve rustled up a calendar of the friendliest Aussie music festivals to get you dancing in the sunshine or spending quality time together on a picnic rug, from Splendour to Woodford and everything in between.
Click here to open a jpeg of the calendar.
P.S. Double J have a really comprehensive (if not now slightly out of date) run down on each festival, here.
